Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all* domestic orders $75 and up. Your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground and should arrive to your front door in less than 7 business days. Depending on final destination, it can take as long as 14 days, but that is not typical unless you are shipping way out in the boon docks of nowhere.

CANADA, MEXICO, AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to select locations. When you place your order, simply enter the address and we will process your order. If there are any problems or issues we will contact you via e-mail and/or phone.

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing times will vary. Currently, over 98% of our orders ship within 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed. In some circumstances, it may take up to five business days to ship an order. If it will take longer than five business days to ship your order, we will notify you via e-mail with an estimate. At that point, you may decide to leave the order as is and wait or cancel the order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Generally, shipping costs will vary based on product, size, weight, and end destination. When your order meets the criteria to qualify for free shipping, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. If you should choose to upgrade to faster delivery, you will be responsible for any upgrade charges.

All shipping costs will be disclosed at checkout whenever possible. Should there be a circumstance where the shipping amount disclosed at checkout is inaccurate, we will notify you via e-mail of those changes and you will be given the opportunity to accept or decline.

*At this time and due to certain restrictions in place on Lipper International Bamboo, you must order at least two items and your order subtotal must be at least $100 to receive free shipping. All Lipper International Bamboo products will ship separate from other items in your order and they will be shipped by UPS Ground.
