We understand that shopping online can be a little nerve-racking, and the experience is not the same as when you're buying in person. That is why we offer two time periods for returns - 30 days and 60 days, respectively.
RETURNS
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Shipping carriers like USPS and UPS require that damage claims on shipped items be made within 48 hours of your package arrival. Unfortunately, claims made after 48 hours cannot be processed. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. You can call us at 405-650-2018, use the Contact Us form on the site, or submit a Help Desk Ticket by logging into your account.
GIFT RETURN
So you are not happy with the gift somebody sent you? It's okay - we all have had it happen to us. Just call 405-650-2018 or use the Contact Us form to arrange a return confirmation. Please include the purchaser's name and order number along with your return, and indicate if you want an exchange or a refund sent to you or the thoughtful gift-giver.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order has not been shipped yet, please Contact Us with your request to cancel your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you change your mind about a product that you have ordered, and we have already shipped your item(s), then a return must be set up and you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us. Please note, this must take place through the approved returns process. You can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by logging into your account. You will need to go to your order history, click on the order in question, scroll down to the bottom of the order details screen, click on the link to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and follow the directions.
